National Library Week Contests
| Alison B. and the Lafayette Library are the winners of this week’s library love letter contest. Alison won an autographed copy of The Language of Bees, and her favorite library won original hardback editions of all nine Russell and Holmes novels! The winner of this week’s second contest (a drawing from the Laurie Loves Libraries list) was the Rogers Free Library in Bristol, RI, who won an autographed copy of The Language of Bees. Congrats to all who entered their favorite libraries, and remember — Laurie does love libraries, so make sure yours is on the list!

|The video entries for this week’s contest were so good that Laurie decided to give them all a prize. TSDKerry won a hardcover of The Language of Bees for her video of Russell in San Francisco, and Canzonett won an ARC of The Language of Bees for her imagining of Russell’s rudely interrupted studies. Last but not least, Caitlin, Steph, and Nikki also won an ARC for their wonderful video contest invitation that kicked it all off. Thanks to all of you for bringing the world of Russell to life! Grand Prize Drawings: Heifer International & Independent Bookstores
|Congratulations to Patricia Toner, the Grand Prize winner and Queen Bee of the Fifteen Weeks. Her name was chosen from all of those who donated $60 (two beehives) or more to Heifer International through the Team LRK page. Patricia will get to name a character in Mary Russell X, coming out next year.
