Scholar's Corner
I’m often told by readers how much they enjoy having learned something from my books. Setting aside the minor fact that we fiction writers lie for a living, it’s true, a person can pick up a lot of odd bits of knowledge from a book. It’s one of the things I like about writing mysteriesthere’s room for all kinds of things inside the story.
This section, which might as well be titled For the Incurably Curious, is divided into three sections:
| Share in discussions in the LRK Virtual Book Club |
- For Educators
This section offers suggestions for teachers who use various Laurie King titles in their classes, middle school through university. Librarians might take a look here, too. - For Book Groups
This section gives discussion questions and tidbits of information on several of the books that are often read in book groups. And heyyou can print your own, personally designed, Laurie R. King bookmarks! - Recommended Reading
This is both a bibliography for the novels and my own personal favorites, fiction and nonfiction, children to adult, along with some remarks on research in general.
