Please let me introduce myself

Hi, I'm a retired school administrator living in Pacific Grove and I adore ALL the Laurie R. King novels, having read each one as it came out and always wanting MORE----more Kate Martinelli, more Mary Russell, more Califa, more stand-alones. The characters seem so real, and the story-lines are so engaging! I have introduced my daughters and granddaughters to Laurie's entertaining and intelligent work, too, and have met her a couple of times at appearances in Carmel and Pacific Grove. I look forward to hearing from other members of the book group, to new Laurie King books, and to opportunities to hear/see this wonderful author again.

I did the same thing the Christmas after I read the Russells. I gave all the whole series in paperback to my mom, sisters, and one of my grandmothers (the other g'ma isn't a fiction reader). It's hard not to spread the word about books you love so much.
