We're having a stormy day here in NJ - snow is unusual for this early in the year and I took a picture of a bluebird that appeared a little undone by it!

Hi Karen!
By coincidence, we had snow flurries Sunday night and a lot of Monday. It's starting early here too...

Thanks for the beautiful photograph, Karen. Here we're having what in NC we called football weather: in the 30s at night and 50s during the day. I can remember only one TN snow in October since 1963 when I moved here.

Sheri, do you use Fahrenheit or Celsius temperature scale?

Great photo Karen, thanks for sharing.
Here in Montana we had 3 days of snow earlier in Oct. and then 2 days later temps in the 70's. We are finding drastic swings in temp are common occurrences here sometimes 50 degree changes in the same day/night. The sun during the day is very strong, but when it goes down it gets seasonable cold.

Nice photo, Karen. It reminds me of a picture from a bird calendar I had a few years ago. The pictures were from paintings. I still have that calendar.

Thank you.
