I have it on my Ipod, and I started listening this morning in my car. Jenny Sterlin does her usual stellar job. When Russell first started the narration my first thought was Sterlin had picked up on, and portrayed beautifully, the maturity that has come to Russell since LOCK. Russell sounded more settled, happier in her skin somehow. At least that is how it came across to me reading LANG and now "hearing" it.
I'm so happy to have this in time for my the several flights I will be taking in the next few weeks. :D:D:D

JenniferThe Kindle is the Amazon.com ereader. Go to Amazon.com and you will see info about it there.
For me the biggest selling point was you don't have to attach them to a computer to get your books downloaded. The Kindle has its own wireless network and you can order a book from the Kindle and it appears on it in a minutes or less. I LOVE mine!!

The LANG audiobook really is terrific. I agree that Sterlin's performance aptly reflected the effects of Russell's experience in San Francisco. The difference is very subtle, but it's there.
I tried Alice's kindle in San Francisco and it's so cool and fun to use--a very book-like experience. I have the kindle for iphone app, along with a dozen or so kindle books on it, and I can read whole books on it with no problem, and even get books wirelessly (although not with the one-touch ease of the kindle) but it just doesn't provide the book-like experience of the actual kindle. There are some new ebook readers coming out in the next year or two, and they will probably accommodate kindle books. It promises to be an interesting time for readers of digital books.
